Leah Bracknell – Age 54

English actress Alison Rosalind Bracknell, professionally known as Leah Bracknell, is widely famous for her roles as Zoe Tate on Emmerdale between 1989 and 2005.  For playing this role, the 54-year-old actress earned herself recognition with a nomination for the 2002 National Television Award and she also received the 2006 British Soap Award. Besides acting, she is a qualified yoga teacher running her own accessories line. Sadly, in 2016, Bracknell discovered that she had terminal lung cancer. With the help of a fundraiser, she raised roughly £50K in a span of three days.
